½ tsp. Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract
½ tsp. Florida Sunshine Salt, ground fine
1.5 oz. Florida Sunshine Sugar, for rolling

1 ¾ sticks butter, melted
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
½ tsp. lemon extract
½ tsp. orange extract
Zest of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 orange
Zest of 1 lime
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cream of tartar
2 1/8 cups unsifted flour
STIR butter, powdered sugar and granulated sugar until butter is absorbed. Stir in egg.
ADD extracts, zest, baking soda, cream of tartar, and Florida Sunshine Salt and stir.
STIR in flour and refrigerate two hours or overnight.
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. Pour Florida Sunshine Sugar in a small bow. Scoop half an ounce (walnut size) dough balls, roll between palms to smooth, and then roll in Florida Sunshine Sugar to coat. Place 2" apart on a parchment-covered baking sheet, Bake 10-12 minutes.
