    3 cups vegetable broth
    2 packages ramen
    ½ cup sliced green onions

    Spinach

    PREPARE eggs as desired (poached, soft boiled, or fried work well).
    MEANWHILE, add sesame oil to a large pot. Sautè garlic until soft. Mix in soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, Ginger Teriyaki Spice Blend, and Sriracha Sauce Powder. Stir until combined.
    ADD vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer. Add ramen noodles and simmer until for 2-3 mins. or until noodles are softened. Add green onions and stir until combined.
    DIVIDE into two bowls. Top with an egg and any additional desired toppings.
    *If not an egg person, sliced rotisserie chicken makes a quick and delicious substitute.
