Fused oils produce flavors in their truest sense and are created by pressing ripe olives with fresh ingredients, like basil. Delicious drizzled on salads, fresh mozzarella, pizza, pasta, and risotto. Produced and packaged for The Spice & Tea Exchange® by Frantoio Galantino, an award winning Italian producer of fine extra virgin olive oil. The Galantino olive mill is located in the heart of Puglia at the gates of Bisceglie, a town of medieval origin overlooking the Adriatic Sea, 35 kilometers north of Bari, among churches, castles and vast expanses of olive trees.
